This policy describes what the current public version of Laser Dodger does and does not do with information. It is written to match the shipped app, not a future version.

1. Short version

Laser Dodger does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. The current build has no accounts, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no cloud save, no push notifications, and no in-app purchases. Gameplay progress is stored only on your device.

2. Who we are

3. Information stored on your device

The app stores gameplay data in the device's local web storage so the game can remember your progress after you close it. That data is not sent to Fossil Lake Studios.

Local data may include:

• Best score and best survival time
• Recent run history used for on-device leaderboards
• Unlocked achievements and selected or purchased cosmetic ships
• Daily mission progress and in-game flight credits
• Aggregated personal stats such as run counts and favorite ship
• Whether sound is muted

This information is game progress. It does not include your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, payment details, or advertising identifier.

Uninstalling Laser Dodger deletes this local data. Clearing the app's storage does the same. We cannot restore it.

4. Information we do not collect

The current app does not:

• Create or require an account
• Ask for personal details
• Use advertising identifiers
• Include ads, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs
• Request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions
• Upload scores to a Fossil Lake Studios server
• Back progress up to our cloud

Android system backup of Laser Dodger data is disabled by the app so scores and unlocks are not copied into a cloud backup by Laser Dodger.

5. Share Run (only if you tap it)

If you tap Share Run, Laser Dodger prepares a short text summary of that run (mode, rank, time, score, fuel counts, and ship name) and opens the Android system share sheet. The app does not send that text anywhere by itself. The text is delivered only to the app, person, or service you choose. After you choose a destination, that destination's privacy practices apply.

If system sharing is unavailable, the app may offer a copy-to-clipboard fallback on your device only.

6. Children

Laser Dodger is a general-audience arcade game. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the current app does not collect personal information, we do not operate a child account or parental-consent flow.

7. Third parties

The current Laser Dodger build does not embed advertising, analytics, social-login, or payment SDKs. Google Play, as the store you used to install the app, may process install and store-account information under Google's own policies. That processing is performed by Google, not by Laser Dodger.

This website may load fonts from Google Fonts. That is a website request, not something the Laser Dodger app does. See also the studio website privacy page.

8. Security

Because progress stays on the device and the current app does not operate a player-data backend, there is no Fossil Lake Studios player database to breach. You still control physical access to your device and any destination you choose in Share Run.

9. Your choices

• Do not tap Share Run if you do not want a run summary to leave the app.
• Uninstall the app or clear app storage to delete local progress.
• Email us with privacy questions: fossil.lake.official@gmail.com.

There is no in-app account to delete because no account exists.

10. Changes

If a future version adds online features, ads, analytics, purchases, accounts, or cloud saves, we will update this policy before that version is released and will change the Play Console Data safety answers to match.
